At Revealty we have a "think out of the box" mentality. We approach listings with a different view.

• We focus on the substance of what matter most when selling a home. We aren't hired for the fluff. For too many agents their marketing isn't primarily designed to sell the home but promotes the agent. We focus on what works for the client.
• We never practice dual agency. You can earn the entire commission but we keep the seller as our client and the buyer is simply the customer.
• We offer a variety of commission options to sellers. They can pay standard full service rates, they can pay by the hour or a fee for service.
• Our job is to Reveal everything they need to know when selling a home so they can make informed decisions.
• We encourage (but don't mandate) retainer fees from sellers which establishes a more business like approach to working with sellers.
