- Bexley is an area of classic homes located within 5 miles to downtown. Homes range from $120,000 to over a million dollars.
- Canal Winchester has a small town feel with a mix of older homes and new construction in a moderate price range.
- Clintonville is a desireable older community north of campus with homes price from $150,000 to $350,000.
- Dublin is a large northwest suburb with mostly newer housing ranging in price from $200,000 to $800,000.

- New Albany is located in the northeast and is most newer housing. Entry price range is $250,000 to $400,000 with most homes ranging from $500,000 to $800,000.
- Pickerington is in the southeast and has a large mix of housing. The older housing is from the 60's, 70's and 80's and ranges in price from $160,000 to $240,000. There is a great deal of new developments with a price range of $220,000 to $400,000.
- Reynoldsburg is located in the far east and has an affordable mix of housing with older homes priced from $120,000 to $170,000 and many newer homes from $180,000 to $280,000.
- Powell is in southern Delaware county with a mostly newer mix of housing with most homes priced from $300,000 to $500,000.
- Upper Arlington is nestled close to downtown and has a mix of older pre-war housing with homes built in the 60's, 70's and 80's. A desireable community with most homes priced from $250,000 to $500,000.
- Westerville is a mix of older and newer housing with prices ranging mostly from $160,000 to $360,000.
- Worthington is an established area north of town with homes priced from $170,000 to over $500,000.
