• Do you have enough wall space for art and personal effects?
• Are the rooms designed so that you can arrange your furniture appropriately?
• Do you have the features that the next Buyer will be looking for in your housing market?
• Will your house compete well against other homes in your market? Why would someone prefer your design over others in your area?
• Is this design so unique that only you will like it? It's okay if it is, as long as you understand the impact that this will have on the resale value of the home.
